  1. Promoter. The competition is organised by Hoffi Coffi in partnership with Chameleon Marketing Services (“the Promoters”).
  2. Eligibility. Open to residents of England & Wales aged 18+ or current students aged 16+ with valid student ID. Employees, contractors, or immediate family of the Promoters are not eligible.
  3. How to Enter. Submit your details via the official entry form during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry per person. Automated, bulk or duplicate entries will not be accepted.
  4. Marketing Consent. By entering, you agree to join the Hoffi Coffi and Chameleon Marketing Services mailing lists and to receive marketing communications (offers, promotions, updates). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
  5. Promotion Period. Opens 19 September 2025 at 09:00 (UK) and closes 17 October 2025 at 23:59 (UK). Entries received after the closing time will not be valid.
  6. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of closing, supervised by an independent person or a verifiable computer process.
  7. Notification. The winner will be contacted via the email provided on entry and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If not, the Promoters may award the prize to an alternate winner.
  8. The Prize. One physical Golden Ticket card, valid for 12 months from activation. The card entitles the named holder to one (1) medium hot drink per open day. Unused daily entitlements do not roll over. No cash alternative. Non-transferable.
  9. Redemption & Fair Use. Card must be presented by the named holder at point of sale; ID may be requested. The Promoters may refuse service or withdraw the card if misuse is suspected (e.g., multiple redemptions/day, lending the card). The promotion/prize may be amended, suspended or cancelled for reasons beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control.
  10. Liability. The Promoters are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues. Lost/stolen prize cards may be replaced once at the Promoters’ discretion.
  11. Publicity. By entering, you agree that your first name, initial of surname, and university/course or town may be used in winner announcements without additional compensation.
  12. Data Protection. Personal data will be processed to administer this competition and to send marketing as described in clause 4, in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.
  13. Social Media. Following our Instagram account is optional and does not affect your chances. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.
  14. Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
